The Mortgage Room was founded in 2006 by Paul Fuller and his wife Robyn after a career of more than 25 years working together in the banking industry. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as a Financial Adviser, specialising in lending and personal risk insurance.

Robyn has worked alongside Paul for the past 20 years and has helped Paul achieve his dream of the Mortgage Room. Paul’s rock both in the home and at the office, Robyn specialises in the general running of both, offering Adviser Support to Paul and the rest of the team as well as supporting their two young adult children achieve their dreams.
Outside of the Mortgage Room office, Robyn enjoys spending her time at their family bach in the Marlborough Sounds, or you might find her pottering about in her garden, enjoying a local wine or relaxing with a good book.

Since returning to Blenheim from London in 2001, Bridget has worked for local law firms, accountants and real estate companies acquiring a vast amount of industry experience and knowledge. Bridget joined Mortgage Room in 2019 where she hit the ground running and was soon named a finalist for the Astute Adviser Support Person of the Year. Bridget loves spending time outdoors with her kids mountain biking or camping.

Sarah is growing a family in rural Marlborough and is an active property investor. She has a wealth of experience in the agricultural sector with a background in owning and operating a sheep shearing business. Alongside self-employment she bought her first home in 2017 and continued to grow a residential and commercial property investment portfolio, gaining valuable experience in debt structuring.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture Marketing and now with the Level 5 NZ Certificate in Financial Services, Sarah has shifted her focus to assisting others with their financial goals.

Her career started in media at The Marlborough Express and more recently she has been working as a Service Delivery Manager at NZ Defence Force based at RNZAF Base Woodbourne, Blenheim. Living in Blenheim her whole life with husband Mark, and now at Rarangi, she enjoys time with her adult children and 5 grand-daughters, who all reside here, as well as riding her horse and helping at her church, the Salvation Army.
